PRESMA – Terms & Conditions
At PRESMA, we are committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high‑quality HSE education and consultancy services. All students enrolling in our programmes must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Conduct & Discipline
- No student is permitted to display, distribute, or post any posters, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, or similar materials within PRESMA premises without prior written approval from the administration.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within PRESMA premises.
- Political, immoral, or unlawful activities are strictly forbidden in or around the institute premises. Violators will face immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
- Private phone calls are not allowed during class hours. Emergency messages can be relayed via the administration.
2. Class Attendance & Behaviour
- Students must attend all classes punctually. Leaving class without tutor permission is prohibited.
- Absences without prior intimation will result in a fine of Rs. 200/- per missed lecture.
- Misbehaviour or disruptive conduct will be reported to the administration, and suitable action, including fines or suspension, will be taken.
3. Fee, Payment & Refund Policy
- Full payment must accompany the registration form. Registrations without payment will not be processed.
- Alternative payment arrangements must be formally approved in advance by PRESMA’s administration.
- PRESMA reserves the right to revise course fees, dues, or charges at any time without prior notice. Such changes apply to all existing and future students.
Refund & Withdrawal Conditions:
NEBOSH GIC in association with Beijing Xinbo International – 1555 Courses:
- 25% deduction for withdrawal requests made at least seven (7) days before the class start date.
- 75% deduction for withdrawal requests made less than seven (7) days before class commencement.
- 0% refund after registration confirmation.
ProQual NVQ, OTHM Level 6 & Level 7 Qualifications:
- Once the fee is paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
This policy is in place because PRESMA commits resources, trainer allocations, and awarding body registrations immediately upon confirmation to secure your qualification pathway.
The management of PRESMA ensures that every enrolled candidate receives dedicated support, guidance, and a clear training plan to complete their qualification successfully.
We maintain transparency and professional integrity in all financial and academic matters to protect the interests of our students and ensure consistent service quality.
4. Class Scheduling, Cancellations & Certification
- PRESMA reserves the right to revise class schedules, replace instructors, rearrange sessions, or cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
- If a class is cancelled by PRESMA, students may opt for a full refund or enrol in an alternative session.
- PRESMA holds no responsibility for delays or changes in exam schedules, result announcements, or certification issuance by external awarding bodies such as NEBOSH GIC in association with Beijing Xinbo International – 1555, ProQual, or OTHM.
5. Personal Belongings & Liability
- The institute shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables on its premises.
- Students are advised to secure their vehicles properly while parked on PRESMA property.
6. Course Outcomes & Student Responsibility
- While PRESMA strives to deliver high‑quality training and support, no guarantee is made regarding the successful completion of exams, NVQ portfolios, or job placements.
- Students are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, and fulfilling all course requirements.
7. Non‑Transferability
- Course registrations, fee payments, and admissions are non‑transferable to other individuals, courses, or sessions once confirmed.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
- In case of any disputes or legal matters, the jurisdiction will lie within the local courts of the city where PRESMA operates.
9. Grievance & Complaint Policy
- Any grievances must be reported in writing to PRESMA’s administration. Students are not permitted to involve third‑party or external authorities without PRESMA’s prior written consent.
10. Service Commitment
- PRESMA’s management guarantees complete transparency in all financial and academic dealings with students.
